We supply each used part with a standard 3 month warranty and new or reconditioned parts with a 12 month warranty unless otherwise stated.
You can return any part back to us within 7 days of receiving it for a replacement or refund provided it is returned as it was supplied.
We offer a replacement only for any part after 7 days of it being received. If a replacement is not available then a refund will be issued.
To post your part back to us you can use the link below to print out your free postage returns slip for parts weighing less than 2KG and no larger than 30cm x 30cm x 30cm.
Important: The Free Post label is for the returning of parts either supplied incorrectly or faulty. If you return a part supplied by us that is correct and without any fault the postage will be deducted from your refund.
PLEASE FILL OUT AND INCLUDE THE RETURNS FORM WITH YOUR PARCEL. THIS WILL HELP SPEED UP THE PROCESS.
IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO PRINT THIS YOU CAN CONTACT US AND WE WILL FILL IT OUT FOR YOU OVER THE PHONE READY FOR WHEN YOUR PARCEL ARRIVES.
Alternatively, if you are unable to print out your returns label or returns form we are happy to send you one in the post, just contact us with your address.
